9D Fusion Breathwork offers Virtual Journeys in two ways: Virtual 1 on 1 Sessions, or Virtual Group Sessions!
All you need at home: Headphones preferably connected (via cord or bluetooth) to a computer/ laptop (not cellphone) for best sound quality, and a comfy place to lie down.
Immediately after purchase an email will be sent to you with a Zoom link for us to connect for your 9D Fusion Breathwork Journey, along with simple Zoom "audio set up" instructions. The reason we recommend using a computer/ laptop rather than a cellphone is because the Zoom App does not have the same options to adjust the sound settings and we want you to get the most out of the immersive 9D Soundscapes! Please log into Zoom a few minutes early and follow the simple instructions for the audio set up. (If you only have a cellphone available to do your Journey from that is ok, ignore the audio set up instructions.)
Your post-journey Reflection & Integration Workbook will also be attached to the email for you to complete afterward!

2. Then see the "One on One Virtual 9D Journey" Calendar below to schedule a date & time,
3. Then you will select which 9D Journey you would like to select on the form that follows,
4. Then just follow the simple checkout process!
