12 Minute Getting Great Journey: Designed for busy individuals seeking an energizing boost and inspiration to elevate their performance and make a meaningful impact in the world. It's a catalyst for transitioning from a good state to a great one, igniting motivation and empowering you to create positive change.
Breathing Techniques:
- 2 Part Euphoric Breath: You will breathe completely in and out through your mouth, first big inhale into your belly (diaphragm), then immediately a second big deep inhale into your chest (lungs), then exhale. You should really feel your belly and chest expand with each 2 part inhale. Sometimes it helps to put one hand on your stomach, and one on your chest so you can feel the expansion. Also, this is a connected breathing technique, so there is no pause between the when you exhale then inhale again. Each is connected to the next. Try your best to sick with this!
- Breath Holds at the bottom: There are a few parts where you will hold your breath at the bottom of your exhale. Try to hold your breath until you are guided to take a big inhale again.
Just do your best for now! The more you practice the easier and more effective breathwork becomes :)
