9D Breathwork is a transformative wellness experience that uses deep breathing techniques combined with immersive soundscapes, advanced sound technology, guided visualizations, and more to help release stress, heal trauma, and enhance overall well-being.
2. What makes 9D Breathwork different from other types of breathwork?
Unlike traditional breathwork, 9D Breathwork incorporates advanced technology, including multidimensional sound and visual effects, to create a fully immersive journey that has potential to activate deep and positive emotional and mental shifts.
3. Who can benefit from 9D Breathwork?
Anyone can benefit! Whether you're looking to reduce stress, process trauma, find clarity, or simply relax, 9D Breathwork is designed to meet individuals where they are on their personal wellness journey.
The frequency of your practice depends on your personal goals and unique journey. Some individuals carry deeply buried emotions, traumas, limiting beliefs, or fears, and find it beneficial to engage in a specific journey theme weekly or bi-weekly. This consistent practice allows for deeper emotional release until unresolved traumas, memories, and associated feelings no longer hold power over them. Others prefer to explore a variety of journey themes occasionally, using 9D breathwork as a tool for overall well-being and balance. Your facilitator can help you determine the best approach based on your specific needs and lifestyle.
1. How long does a 9D Fusion Breathwork Journey last?
Sessions typically last 90 minutes to 2 hours, including preparation, the breathwork journey, and grounding/ integration time.
2. What should I bring to a 9D Fusion Breathwork journey?
For In-Person Sessions: Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing. You can also bring a light blanket if you get cold easily, and some people like to bring a small pillow. We will provide: A yoga matt (you can bring your own if you wish), Headphones, and a soft cover for your eyes.
For Virtual 9D Sessions: (Coming Soon) Have a quiet, comfortable place to lie down where you won't be disturbed, have water nearby, and use a computer/ laptop (not your cellphone for best sound quality) to connect to your journey via zoom link.
3. What happens in a 9D Fusion Breathwork Session?
We open by explaining a little about breathwork, what you can expect during the journey, and answer any questions. Then, each 9D Journey runs about an hour, then at the end of the journey we do some simple grounding techniques (like stretching). To finish off we open the floor to share and talk about your 9D Journey experience (optional). Many people have very profound experiences and love talking about what they felt or learned about themselves during their 9D Journeys, but it's up to you and what you are comfortable with!
4. What can I expect from a 9D Fusion Breathwork Journey session?
During a 9D Breathwork session, you’ll be guided through intentional breathing patterns while listening to immersive 9D soundscapes. These soundscapes are designed to create a multi-sensory experience that enhances relaxation and emotional release. You may feel physical sensations, experience vivid imagery, or process deep emotions. Each journey is unique to the individual, but most people report feeling a sense of peace, clarity, and renewal by the end of the session.
5. What should I do after a 9D Breathwork session?
After your 9D Breathwork session, it's important to take care of your body and mind to fully integrate the experience. Here are some steps to support your post-session journey:
Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to help flush out any toxins released during the session and support your body's natural detoxification process.
Rest and Integrate: Give yourself time to relax and allow the experience to settle. Taking a moment to lie down or even nap can help you process and integrate the session.
Complete the Journey Reflection & Integration Workbook provided to you: Reflecting on your experience by journaling can help you capture insights, emotions, and thoughts that came up during the session. This can support your personal growth and provide clarity and can be used to remind yourself of what you learned from your journey as you move forward. Journaling on a daily basis is also a really great practice to continue growth and introspection.
Gentle Movement or Stretching: If it feels right for you, engage in gentle stretching or movement to release any tension and reconnect with your body.
Avoid Overstimulation: Try to avoid overstimulating activities, like excessive screen time or high-stress situations, right after your session. This allows you to maintain the calm, centered state from the session.
Breathing Practice: If needed, practicing calming breathwork (like 4-7-8 breathing) can help you regain balance and focus, especially if the session brought up a lot of emotions. Some simple breathing techniques to try from home are included in the Journey Reflection & Integration Workbook provided to you.
Grounding: Ground yourself with techniques like walking barefoot, connecting with nature, or using grounding tools like crystals to re-center.
Follow-Up Support: If you feel the need for further guidance, consider scheduling a follow-up session or reaching out for one-on-one support. Remember, it’s normal to experience a range of emotions, and you don’t have to process everything alone.

1. Is 9D Breathwork safe for everyone?
Breathwork can be a powerful and transformative practice that is deemed safe by the medical community, and adverse reactions are rare, however, it may not be suitable for everyone. During the sessions, we always encourage you to listen to your body, take breaks if needed, and stay within your comfort level. Our sessions are led by trained facilitators who ensure the environment is safe, supportive, and trauma-aware, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the journey while prioritizing your well-being.
Breathwork techniques will be modified for individuals who fall into any of the below categories, but consulting a healthcare provider before engaging in breathwork is recommended for:
Those with cardiovascular issues such as angina, a history of heart attacks, high blood pressure, or other heart conditions.
Individuals with eye conditions like glaucoma or a detached retina, pregnant individuals, people with a history of seizures or epilepsy, those with severe mental health conditions such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia, or have had recent surgeries or injuries. If you have asthma please bring your inhaler.
2. What if I feel overwhelmed during a session?
If you feel overwhelmed, you can pause and return to regular breathing at any time. You are always in full control of how deep you want to go with it, and you can stop at any time. The facilitator is always there to support you as well.
9D Breathwork is not intended to replace therapy but can complement it beautifully. It offers a powerful somatic healing experience that can help release emotions and trauma stored in the body. For those in therapy, 9D Breathwork can deepen emotional processing and integration. Always consult your mental health professional before making changes to your treatment plan.
1. How do I book a 9D Breathwork Journey?
From the "Schedule" tab in the menu of the website select the "Schedule" page, then select one of the options:
- Virtual 9D journeys (1 on 1, or group sessions)) can be booked directly through our website’s calendar. For a 1 on 1 private session you will choose your preferred 9D Journey theme, date, and time, and follow the simple checkout process. Virtual Group Journeys will have a pre-selected
- In-Person Group 9D sessions (coming soon) at pre-scheduled local venues (serving Pinellas County, Fl area), can be booked though our websites calendar. Spots are limited. Please check the "Group Journeys" calendars for details on dates, location, and follow the checkout process.
- Private Group events can be scheduled by messaging Stephanie at 727-910-5727.
2. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours before the session is scheduled are eligible for a full refund. After that, because spots are limited, refunds are not guaranteed, but may be granted at our discretion.
3. How do I request a refund?
If you were not satisfied with your experience you can request a refund by sending a text to: 727-910-5727, or send us an email at [email protected] within 2 days of taking your 9D Breathwork Journey and your money will be gladly refunded.
1. How can local business venues partner with 9D Fusion Breathwork?
We have a profit sharing model to partner with yoga studios, retreat centers, boutique event spaces, wellness/rehab centers, community centers, gyms, outdoor venues, etc in the Tampa/ Clearwater FL area for In-Person group journeys. 2. How can an Online groups or communities partner with 9D Fusion Breathwork?
We can schedule virtual 9D Journey group events for your team, group, or community, and you will be provided your own unique website link for your members to sign up. You’ll receive a referral bonus for each new member who joins from your group, plus you'll be able to participate in every 9D journey we schedule for your group at no cost—an added benefit just for you! I’ll also provide marketing materials and incentives to help you spread the word and make sharing easy.
